Pam's Biography

Pam joined Young Anderson as an associate in June, 2020. Pam was called to the BC Bar in 2007 and holds a masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety. Prior to joining Young Anderson she worked for various Vancouver-area firms as a lawyer and contractor, and also in-house in labour relations. Before attending law school she worked in human resources and occupational health and safety. Pam takes a practical approach to solving employment problems and has represented employers, employees and unions.

Pam has practiced exclusively in the areas of labour, employment and human rights since her call to the Bar. Her practice primarily focuses on arbitrations and investigations, but she also advises clients on human rights and employment issues. She has presented at the Capilano University Local Government program, CPHR symposia, Lancaster House conferences, and CLE program,s on issues such as age discrimination, arbitral jurisdiction, sexual harassment, and access to medical information.

Pam has two children and a dog and spends most of her free time on the trails of North Vancouver.
