Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute Conference
Ray Young and Alyssa Bradley will be speaking in March at the 22nd annual Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute Conference at the Sturm Law School, Denver University. Their topic is entitled "Common Problems, Common Solutions, Common Law!!", and will address impact fee amenity contributions and also discretionary permitting relating to land use and development regulation.
